Terrible service from Home-Connect

Home-Connect have *******ly deducted over R3000.00 from our monthly debit order. Many, many emails to and fro resulted in money returned. Part of this returned money was our monthly payment. On Sunday, they threatened to cut us off again. We immediately EFTed the outstanding monthly amount. Received confirmation BUT the one department has no idea what the other department does so we have once again been cut off.
