Terrible Service from Home-connect

Hi I am currently frustrated with the service i am getting from home connect i am staying at Kikuyu Estate in Waterfall and the internet was down on Thursday the 5th for the whole Estate mine did not come back and i called them same day i was advised that the tech was on-site on Friday again the 6th i called Lerato from home connect tried by all means to assist but she couldn't and she then logged the ticket for me and she advised that she send the ticket number to me i have not received anything from them for the whole i did not have internet i had to buy data but my internet is paid up in full. This Morning again i called and i spoke with Kgomotso she said she will tried to follow up and she will call back she did not call me i had to call again and i spoke with Phumla she also promised that Lerato will call me at 11:30 its now 12:08 no one has called me, What is frustrating is i did not have internet since Thursday 2pm last week i am currently working from home and my kids are doing home schooling and we depend on the internet i did not receive any feedback , call , curtesy letter or SMs i need this sorted out as soon as possible before i get dismissed from my work.
