Terrible Service, even the customer service manager never got back to me!

Terrible Service, even the customer service manager never got back to me! Had 6 weeks worth of problems with admin which they couldn't sort out. Nobody ever calls back from customer service side, they don't seem to have any tracking on what's happening with your account, very disappointing.
