Terrible service

Called in to report an ongoing issue I’ve had with my connectivity. Spoke to a lady called Thandeka. She was very dismissive told me that there’s nothing wrong with the line. I mentioned possibly sending a technician or replacing the router. She said no and made me restart the router and do a speed test. I don’t appreciate the way I was gaslit.
