Terrible refund service

I have cancelled my service with Home Connect in February 2025. i was charged for a router that was returned. i have phoned them every week for the refund. It is now 4 weeks since i started, still no refund. YOur service is terrible!!!! Will never recommend you to anybody. I think i will open a theft case at the police station against you due to you recieving your router i still dont have my money back.
