Terrible Network Host & Provider

If I could rate 0 I would. I have been struggling with this network provider & Vuma for 3 months now. It’s always an on & off with no internet for a few days - sometimes a full week and no assistance from either party. Day 3, still no internet, no communication, yet they demand full payment every month.This has affected my work. I’ve been following up like a mad person and I’m so tired. Contract will be ended in a few minutes.
