Terrible customer experience

I requested for a refund from home connect since the 05th July and they sending me from pillar to post and no one seems to know when my money is going to paid.From Thursday the 14th I was informed that the money was processed from ABSA account and that it should take 48 hours.when I called this morning I am told a different story that they want finance to confirm.home connect can I please have my 5K back today.
