Take your money even when there is no service

Cancelled my account with Home-Conn because they couldn't solve a problem for two weeks. I had no connection in June but they still demand June payment or else they will black list me, even though there was no service rendered. This is after 5 years that's thank you. I will pay it to avoid black listing.
