Support nowhere to be found

Wow, worse support. if only I can get hold of anyone, anyone really who can help with router setup. No one is answering calls, no one on Watapp, no one answers emails. How am I actually supposed to contact them??? Sign up was seemless, but all that is now gone with the lack of service.
