Support is just useless!!

The amount of time iv wasted waiting for responses from Home-Connects support department is just bonkers. Its like no one works there from time to time. The whatsapp line is even worse, takes hours to get a response. In this instance all I'm after is a Tax Statement for submitting this year and there team doesn't even know what that is? How can an individual that works not know about Tax certificates??
