Super bad service and prices are going up but service remains bad!

Each week I have to sit without fibre connection and every time it takes hours for it to get fixed! I pay my full installment every month but I don't get full service from you. And now the prices is also going up but the service is already starting this bad. I work from home I need internet what am I suppose to do now. I don't even get offered discount for not receiving full service. Really gatvol for this now! Your whatsapp channel is also not working anymore. And when logging a ticket via your app I only get a response the next day! Really bad service.
