Subscription Cancelled

I am sooo not happy with home connect, my wifi was down for a couple of days logged a complaint about it my wifi was back up again and the monthly debit order for december went off on the 1st december and to my surprise yesterday my wifi was off when i called i was told my subscription was cancelled with Vumatel but no one knows who instructed them to cancel it
