Still no contact regarding my complaint

I wrote a review on Hello Peter a few weeks back. I got a call from someone at Home-Connect to say they will "look into the matter and revert". I am still awaiting confirmation that the issue has been dealt with and account closed. As usual, communication is shocking and I bet they will try and debit my account at the end of the month. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL
