Phoned in earlier today and got the usual stellar service, this time my champion was Lerato. She was super polite, incredibly friendly and overall joy to work with.

5 star customer service rating.

2 star onboarding rating. It's taken 2 months for my fibre to get moved and had I not intervened I would have been in the same boat I was 2 months ago before starting this. Please can you fix that process
