STAY AWAY FROM HOME CONNECT

I would strongly advise people to stay away from Home Connect SIP. I requested them to move my internet service to my new address, and it has now been three weeks without internet. Every time I contact them, I receive a different story or excuse, but the issue is still not resolved. This kind of service is very disappointing, especially when you rely on the internet for daily activities or business. I hope they improve their customer service and response time because this experience has been extremely frustrating. according to me this is not Home Connect, but Home Destroyers
