The internet is always down and home-connect don’t give a single care!!!!

Paying them R998 for nothing! The company is *******!

Even logged a query with Glendie, one of their agents and guess what: no ticket was logged on my behalf.

Sent an email to the team leader Bongani and the manager. They read my emails and didn’t even bother responding!!! That’s how little Home-connect cares whether you have service or not.

They take your money with no care! ******** of note with the poorest of service.

Still continuing with the **** service, check reference 45425 which was a bogus reference given by your agent Glendie as no tickets were logged on my account!
