Star member named George

I have just been assisted by the BEST online support member named George. We are new members and our internet got cut this morning and he spent almost 40min on the line with me (after he insisted he call me back so that I don't run out of airtime) and took me step by step through all the pages in setting up our wifi. He is a true gem and definitely deserves accolades.
