It took a while, but we finally got there. Thank you Amy Jackson for the feedback and service and thank you Home-connect/Metrofibre for the upgrade. My only qualm is the time it takes for news to filter from Home-connect top management down. Other ISP's in the complex had the good news from Metrofibre in April already, and the news of an automatic upgrade filtered to their customers end April-First week of May. Some of my friends with Home-connect are yet to receive any notification of the upgrades. spread the good news guys i assure you it will help strengthen your brand further.
