I need resolution to the above tickets. I'm sick and tired with Home Connect's time to resolve tickets and solutions. I want to know when will Frogfoot come and check their ONT because I have done so many tests. I need to speak to the technical manager or their boss. I paying over 1000 Rands for speeds I'm not getting. This is going on for more than a month now.
