Soooo Disgusted with Home Disconnect ISP

Home Disconnect is the worst ISP one can ever be part of. They go out and disconnect your service after you have made payment for that month. I made payment on the 30 th August for services to be rendered in September. Before the end of September they have disconnected my service again for non payment. I have sent them copies of POP they still disconnect my service. I send messages via the *** including the proof of payment still they ignore that. I send request for them to call me back which they do not do. I am soooooo sick of them it is not funny anymore. I tried to cancel with them, they promised to do better but instead they are WORSE. I am filing complaint with ICASA and Consumer Protection. How do they cut my service when I have paid already? Disgusting
