So far, so good

I only got this service recently but, so far, I am happy. Vuma did the installation on a Saturday, as requested. There were problems with the main fibre line in the street, which were fixed by the Monday morning. My router arrived the next day from Home-Connect; plug-and-play directly from the box. The whole process was simple, easy, and effective - made even better by great communication and customer service from Kiara Govender, who guided me through the whole process. The speeds are stable so far (both upload and download), and haven't had any problems yet (2 weeks in).
