So far, my experience with Home Connect has been pleasant. The only frustration I had was the time I had to wait before my fibre was installed. I wish the process moved faster. Otherwise the support team is amazing. Being able to chat on WhatsApp is a lot better than spending airtime calling a hotline. The customer service is quick and professional. I think the customer service team needs a sweet reward!
