Slow speeds
I pay for a 500/250mpbs line I currently receive speeds of 2 - 15mbps and I can't watch or stream anything even something simple as tiktok buffers ********** connectivity
Please get someone to contact me to resolve

23 Jun 2023, 04:43I was supposed to be called back at 7 as promised but no one called me my speed issue is not resolved I have a screenshot of my speeds being 0.02?? What service is that please send someone out to resolve as I do not want to deal with your call centre anymore I waited for a promised call that I never received
