Slow Internet Speed Regardless of Notifying The Service Provider
Worst service provider, my internet speed is always low at less than 10MBPS all the time and im paying for 30MBPS. Everyday i have to call and restart the router and immediately after they hang up or when they knock off at 8 the speed gets really slow.

19 Feb 2026, 17:22My internet speed is slow again, i reported the matter yesterday the 18th Feb 2026 today its the 19th and my speed is still slow, i even raised the issue via WhatsApp but my chat was just ended without my issue being resolved
