SLOW EVENING SPEEDS

Stop capping speed at night. Please I'm begging you. I signed up to use full speed to work at night. Please stop doing that.

This has been happening for a while now. I'm not renewing this contract in September. It's too much now. I can't work and my kids cant' do their homework. And please this in not a during the day issue. Stop calling me during the day when speeds are reasonably fine. Fix the evenings PLEASE.
