SHOUT OUT

I would like to give a possitive feed back today. my service has been down since Wednesday 02/12/20. i called i about 15 tomes over 3 days.....no one could solve my problem. I was told a ticket was logged with Vumatel. by Saturday i was extremely irritated that no feedback was given and i called again...determened to cancel my service. A guy by the name of Joshua answered my call. he advised me to shut down everything for 15 min...i responded i did that 6 time before. He promised me he would solve it... 20 min later he called me back and stayed on the line until we were reconnected. THANK YOU JOSHUA....WE NEED MORE OF YOU IN THIS COUNTRY.
