Shocking Service

I have had two days' worth of internet since I signed up with Home Connect three weeks ago. Their service is shocking and they provide no way of getting hold of Vumatel directly either. Call center agents will simply close your ticket after calling regardless of whether or not the issue is resolved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you sign up with this ISP.
