I was switching from a competitor to Home-Connect, I couldn't get timelines on when someone would come through after my previous ISP cancelled and feared I would not have connectivity for days on end. 4 days before my cancellation was effective I was informed Sheruna is handling my query, what an awesome turn of events this turned out to be.

Sheruna confirmed my cancellation, arranged for my new modem to be delivered the day before my cancellation and ensured the technician who was removing my old router installed the new one.
