Setting the Benchmark!

To date, I have never felt the need to express myself for services received on any media platform, that is up until now. My complex recently made the decision to move forward and brace technology and allow for fibre to be setup in the complex, needless to say, I was super stoked.......this was long overdue, so one can imagine, I jumped on the band wagon as quickly as possible, I put my request through to the Fibre Company to hook a brother up (for the purpose of this review we will refer to the Fibre Company as The Unmentionables - a nickname that is a direct reflection of their service delivery). You see The Unmentionable's supply the Fibre (Backbone) and the ISP (Internet Service Provider Aka Home-Connect) supply the exchange for access to internet, so I chuned The Unmentionables hey china, lets get going, well needless to say this was a painstaking, nail pulling, eye gauging, acid re-flux, bump your pinky toe on the corner of table experience, I literally almost gave up on the idea of ever having fibre, then the blind squirrel eventually found his nut, The Unmentionables managed to get the fibre into my unit YAAAY. Once the fibre has been placed, The Unmentionables allow you to choose from a number of ISP's with different packages.

I swear it was as if God himself forced my cursor onto Home-Connect, as to date my experience with Home-Connect has been heavenly, man oh man this team have got it right, on point with service, I have literally dealt with each department, sales, accounts and support and its as if they are reading off the same script "Service Driven - Pockets of Excellence". They have literally set the benchmark for me and I will be applying what I have experienced with Home-Connect in my professional capacity as I am also in the service game, now they need to also teach The Unmentionables a thing or two.
