Disgusting services - logged a call on 19.03.2025, spoke to christina on the 20th, she told me everything has been sorted and i need to reboot the router and it should be fine in a few minutes - it is almost 3 weeks with no assistance and my previous ticket has been closed - like how???? THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED!!, i called numerous times and was told someone will contact me and no one has as i am sitting with the same problem. Home connect why are you in a customer service business yet you cannot provide the service or support. absolutely terrible, i called in again today and now i am here with a new ticket number and back in the que waiting for an *********** person to hopefully call me, but i will not hold my breathe!!!!!! you dont deserve any star rating
