Service not delivered

They took 1 full month to install the fibre and after installing it’s been a week and 1 day it’s still not working . They deducted the money for march but February we were not able to use the fibre but they deducted already … they keep on making empty promises , the only option we’re left with is to cancel because they’re so useless and just apologise without fixing the problem!
