SERVICE NO LONGER WHAT IT USED TO BE

I cannot believe I'm spending another Monday not working but trying to do everything I can to get some help with my internet outage. I've has no internet connection for over 24 hours now. I understand yesterday was a Sunday but first thing I did today morning contact you guys and report the issue. The person that assisted me called me after a few hours to tell me my connection was restored but it wasn't and I told her this, around 1 I received any sms saying your engineers had fixed the issue and I was connected but I still wasn't I reached out again and was told the issue is being worked on. Why am I receiving another text saying you've fixed the issue, I'm still not connected! Is something even really looking into the issue?! This is the second Monday I'm having to deal with these issues, am I no longer getting any connection on Mondays maybe? Atleast let me know in advance because at this rate I'll be getting fired by my employer
