Service Down and Lack of Support

I have had an intermittent connection and extremely slow speeds since 4 pm today. I have tried to call the support line multiple times with no answer and the same sound playing over and over again. When I try a bit later it says I must call during office hours instead. What is the point of a support team if they don't answer during business or after hours? It is now 9 pm and my connection is still very intermittent with no help or resolution yet. **** support service!!!!!
