SERVICE DOWN
You guys have been clearly lying to everyone for an issue that started on Thursday.
There hasn't been not internet for the whole weekend and you lie about calling people on their phones. I've literally had my phone in my hand the whole weekend hoping an agent would call.
Please attend to my issue ASAP, I have not had service since Thursday afternoon
