Service agent from hell

Never have I experience going physically into a store for help from a service agent only for them to worsen the situation ten fold and provide ZERO help.

If I could give a negative rating I would. A service agent Mirad, consulted with me for AN HOUR only to disregard everything we discussed and make matters so much worse.

The support lines are impossible to get through via phone call. No one has responded to my email sent through to support on 2/11/22. I had to physically go into the head office to have a pointless discussion with the *********** service agent, Mirad, assigned to me.

Do not recommend. They are not holding the agent accountable for his actions and poor service rendered.
