My internet got suspended because Home Connect is unable to track a reference from a proof of payment I sent, I accidentally used the wrong ref but sent the proof of payment and still they cut my internet.

So now what happens to the money I paid as they cannot find it with everything I have given them, so I must make another payment, this is the most absurd service ever.
