SECOND COMPLAINT AND NOT YET RESOLVED

We have a 50/50 line for more then a year we have been battling for the line to be where it should be, but now it is down 3.2 and up is 2.2, but I am paying for the 50/50 line every month. How it this fair to me as a client.
