Saved by a Princess.

This would have been a 1 star rating after the weeks of disappointing service from various agents. But I was saved by Princess today who quickly identified the issue, escalated it & got the solution approved while I was on the call with her.

In stark contrast of the various other agents in the last few service calls, escalations & call back requests where my issues have gone unresolved for weeks.

Princess is a legend & deserves a fist bump.
