Sales and Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT

To say that your Customer Service is poor, would be a true understatement. You lack urgency, you lack Customer Service principles, and my experience was even before I had my installation. If this is how poor you are before I am even officially a customer, then its evident how poor my experience would be going forward. I am so glad I dodged this bullet with you.
