Router not delivered in over 7days

We ordered fibre through home connect and installations and everything was done timeously however we didn't receive the router and it's a week later. Several Calls have been made to Home Connect and Cipherwave but they don't seem to be bothered with delivering the router. they booked to deliver the router but that still hasn't been done. It's exactly a week later. I can never understand how difficult it is to deliver a service if we are in the same Province and same city.
