Robyn Le Roux saves the day!

I started with an application in Feb, it did not go well until Robyn Le Roux (Operations Project Coördinator) found my complaint (here) and took charge. I now have Fibre! What an amazing person! She didn’t give up on me or my application and now it’s done. I hope Home Connect sees this and has a look at my application to see what kind of service Robyn provided. She is professional, sincere and actually cares. I was kept up to date even if there was nothing to report on, that is what you call service! Well done Robyn and I hope you can help more clients every single day!
