****roaches infested device!

I am truly disgusted by what I have just experienced.

The router I received from Home-Connect is filled with dead ****roaches!!!

This is the most traumatic and disgusting thing I have ever experienced. As a new customer, I'm extremely disappointed by this.

Getting a second-hand router is bad enough, but getting one filled with dead roaches is damaging to the reputation and brand image of Home Connect.

I sent multiple emails to home-connect support and info requesting that this matter be escalated to senior management. I still have not received any call or feedback from senior management.

I only received a call from general support saying they will send another router.

No apology, no explanation whatsoever

I'm still sitting with a router filled with roaches, I have no internet service, yet I'm sent a bill close to R2000 for what exactly.
