Ridiculous service!!!

Their whatsapp service is terrible and pathetic, I contacted them several times in regard with the wrong information they have put under my account but still no solution I can't pay my account cause the matter is not resolve, I'm just annoyed by their whatsapp comminication it's hopeless shame, they don't deserve any star...
