Rhandzu Andy Mdluli is a STAR!!

I received amazing service from Andy Mdluli. My initial application was fast but I experienced a few issues afterwards. The whatsapp support chat is very slow in responding and the technical team was inefficient. The person that assisted me in making sure that my application for fibre is processed and installed is Andy. He followed up my queries and ensured that I am helped while communicating with me in order to keep me updated throughout the process. I hope the entire technical support team will be as efficient as he is and that the overall service will improve. Thank you to Andy, my fibre is up and running.
