Restrictions and Communication

Im working from home but my internet keep on dropping and on certain sites cant be reached on my 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels and on my zte router im only getting 15mbs out of 100 and my 5g im getting the speed but get restricted on my working sites

I also try calling with 1 luck out of 10 just to get the promp of rate our service
