Refuse to cancel subscription app not working

Please people never use Home-connect. Refuse cancellation and app does not support any cancellations as half the drop-down selections won't work, refusing you to submit the cancellation. Have opened tickets sent emails and been trying over 2 days today is the 1st of August I want my subscription cancelled on the 1 September 2022 which is one calendar month notice but they refuse they just ignore all my questions and app still not working
