refund me please

Am tired of waiting for someone to return my call, I was advised to buy a LTE simcard now it's not working after i paid my R300, now no one wants to talk to me. Every time I call am told the manager is in a meeting two weeks now of no communication, yet they took my money for sim card that is not working.
