*** Buhle Buhle, you are a star! You managed to have my over 2 weeks issue sorted in just less than 2 days. You took time to listen and understand my issue, suggested workarounds to resolve the issue and they were not suitable for me but you still went an extra mile for advise from your Operations team. This morning all sorted, thanks to you. You are solution orientated, patient, have a customer centric and that is what separates you from your colleagues as I spoke to few of them. I can’t thank you enough Buhle, I hope you superiors are taking note of your special abilities in your work. I am not even Home Connect customer but you treated me like a golden one. Thank you 🫡🫡🫡
