REDICULOUS !!!!!!!

Something realy has to start happening now this is getting stupid... I would suggest that Home-Connect send the best technician they have on their payroll to my house and come have a look at everything and go through everything and double check everything. Yesterday - no internet access for over an hour and a half. Today (+-14H00) - no internet access for an hour And NOW - no internet access for 30 minutes

In the estate where I stay we have one of the manegers from the FSP on the estate whatsapp group and according to him they installed atleast 3 different fail safes on all their sites to ensure connectivity and everytime I talk to Home-Connect they blame the FSP.....

I AM AT THE END OF MY LINE!!! IF THIS DOES NOT CHANGE VERY SOON, THAT WILL BE THE END OF HOME-CONNECT FOR ME FOR GOOD!!
