Reconncetion

I applaud the great service I have received from Mfundo Sishi, he gave me a word class customer service,he asked the right questions within the 1st 60 minutes of the call, something the other 3 support staff failed to do. I had a connection issue, the 1st 2 guys only informed me of the SLA with no attempt to assist, my line was down since Tuesday evening, I called in on Tuesday, Vumatel came out on Wednesday and told me that my connection would be restored within 3 hours, I called in Thursday morning and was told my connection would be restored within 24 hours no questions asked, out of utter frustration I called in again on Friday morning the 1st guy who answered my call told me about the SLA with no interest in my issue, my line got disconnected l, he didn't even call back. I attempted to call back and someone else picked the line, he attempted to assist but made me hold the line for 20 minutes which was eventually disconnected, you can imagine the frustration now as I call in to be assisted by Mfundo Sishi and with 5 minutes on the line with him my connection was restored.
